Spencer Fane attorney Amy Mistler recently spoke with a St. Louis Business Journal reporter on the topic of law firm growth and trends.
In an article titled “St. Louis law firm adds offices, plans to hire despite pandemic,” Amy — Office Managing Partner for Spencer Fane in St. Louis — provided responses in a Q&A format on the topics of changes to the industry due to the pandemic, growth for the firm, and plans for the year.
“We grew in 2020, but there is no question that some of our recruiting was stalled,” Amy told the St. Louis Business Journal. “This year we expect to make more lateral hires with pent-up demand. We need more lawyers in those new offices, and other lawyers who have joined the firm are encouraging former colleagues to look at Spencer Fane.”
