Spencer Fane LLP is pleased to announce Jonathon M. (Jon) Watson has joined the firm’s Labor and Employment Practice Group. He will be a partner in the Denver office.
With a strong local and national practice, Watson represents businesses ranging from startups to Fortune 100 companies with one focus: constantly serving as a solutions-oriented business partner based on high levels of client service. He has developed significant experience defending local and national employment claims arising under Title VII, the ADA, and the ADEA, as well as wage and hour class and collective actions in all stages of litigation. He is also well-versed in representing and counseling his clients on unfair labor practice claims, the National Labor Relations Act and arbitrating labor disputes, and in handling complex litigation matters related to claims made against employers.

A thought leader in the area of labor and employment law, Watson is a chapter editor of the American Bar Association’s “Fair Labor Standards Act” publication, and he frequently speaks on new developments in federal and state employment law.
Watson completed his undergraduate studies at Truman State University and earned his Juris Doctor at the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law.
