Spencer Fane attorney Jeremy Rucker recently presented to the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA)’s Fort Worth Chapter on data breaches and cyber incident response.
Titled “The Legal Landscape of Incident Response,” Jeremy’s presentation outlined the legal obligations which arise after a business experiences a data breach.
In his practice, Jeremy regularly counsels companies on navigating the various legal and regulatory compliance issues both before and after a data breach occurs.
