Spencer Fane partner DeAndrea Washington recently presented as part of a panel at the Women in Legal and Corporate Leadership Summit.
Titled “Leaders of Color: The Changing Landscape,” the panel explained challenges that minority leaders face, advice for young attorneys of color, and success stories.
DeAndrea’s practice focuses on representing public and private employers in labor and employment law matters, providing clients with preventive counsel and defending them in litigation matters. She serves on the Spencer Fane Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee.
