Spencer Fane attorney Pete Heaven participated as Master of Ceremonies at the Garmin Olathe Soccer Complex ribbon cutting. The new facility expects to draw about 1.5 million visitors a year. Pete represented the developer of the $100M project, and obtained $17M in public incentives to assist the development.
Pete is a Partner in the firm’s Real Estate group who helps residential and commercial real estate developers understand the legalese of government in land use by drawing upon his experience as a City Attorney for most of his career.
